Description
Join advisors from the Office for Academic and PreProfessional Advising and the PreMedical and PreDental Advising Office to learn more about preparing for a career in healthcare. This event will provide new students who are considering a career in an allied health field, medicine, dentistry, optometry, podiatry, or veterinary medicine an overview of how to start preparing for healthcare education programs as a new student at UMBC. Note: This event is intended for students who are exploring health professions AND allied health professions. New students who are only exploring careers in medicine, dentistry, optometry, podiatry, or veterinary medicine are invited to attend the Welcome Session on Friday, September 2nd (details here).
